

Fiona has a degree in Clinical Studies and a Masters degree in Osteopathic Medicine. Her post graduate research paper explored the effectiveness of osteopathic techniques for neck pain and was carried out at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. In addition to research, her post graduate work involved the advanced study into paediatric medicine and cranial osteopathy.
Her skill in the field of cranial osteopathy is demonstrated by the growing number of babies and children now seeking treatment for sleep and teething problems.
Her Ultra Sound Therapy for blocked milk ducts and mastitis has helped breast feeding mothers continue feeding for longer and reduced pain and discomfort.
In 2008, Fiona worked as an honorary osteopath at the Royal Free Hospital Pain Clinic in order to help advance osteopathy within the NHS.
In 2020 she worked for the NHS as a Clinical Contract Tracer giving advice and help to those suffering from Covid during the pandemic. Her NHS work continued into 2021/2022 when she joined the vaccine roll out as a Clinical Assessor.
In 2021 she became a part time Clinical Tutor at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) , now the BCNO. Helping students in their diagnosis and clinical skills so they are ready to enter the profession.
Her previous career was in journalism during which she wrote for many national publications including The Sunday Times, The Financial Times, The Independent and The Daily Mail. In 1995, she ghost wrote the best-selling Autobiography of Peter Stringfellow.
She is a member of the General Osteopathic Council. The Institute of Osteopathy, The Royal Society of Medicine and The Groucho Club.
